Upgradia Warranty
6 Months of Assurance on iPhones
Trust and Transparency
At Upgradia, we believe technology deserves a second life without compromising on quality. Our warranty is designed to provide clarity, security, and confidence when purchasing an iPhone.
Warranty Period
Every iPhone purchased from Upgradia is covered by the Upgradia Warranty.
The warranty begins on the date of delivery and is valid for a period of 6 months.
During this period, we will repair technical defects free of charge, provided they result from normal and careful use.
What Is Covered by the Warranty
The Upgradia Warranty covers:
Technical hardware defects occurring during normal use
Free repair of defective components within the warranty period
Replacement of the device if repair is technically not possible, with an equivalent model in comparable condition, subject to availability
We aim to assess warranty claims as quickly as possible after receiving the device.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by:
Drops, impacts, cracks, or other physical damage
Screen damage caused by impact or improper use
Water or moisture damage, as water resistance cannot be guaranteed
Normal wear and tear, including reduced battery capacity and cosmetic signs of use
Software related issues, including third party applications, viruses, or incorrect settings
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or opening of the device
Removed, altered, or illegible IMEI or serial numbers
Use of unsupported or incompatible accessories
Damage incurred during shipping due to insufficient packaging
Devices with structural damage exceeding normal wear from use
If a defect falls outside the warranty, you will receive a repair proposal with the following options:
Repair at your own expense
Return of the unrepaired device with shipping costs charged
Declining the repair, in which case the device remains the property of Upgradia
Inspection and Assessment
Upgradia reserves the right to inspect any device to determine whether a reported defect falls within the warranty coverage.
If the issue cannot be confirmed or is found to be outside the warranty conditions, you will be informed and provided with the available next steps.
Ownership and Transfer
The Upgradia Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
In the event of ownership transfer, the new owner must inform Upgradia accordingly.
