Free shipping in the Netherlands

At Upgradia, we offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. Orders are generally processed within one business day and shipped via PostNL or DHL.

Although we may process orders during the weekend in some cases, shipments are usually handed over to the carrier on business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high volume at the carrier, or logistical delays. Upgradia is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Upgradia is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a notification. In many cases, a second delivery attempt will follow. If delivery is unsuccessful again, the parcel may be collected from a nearby pickup point.

If a parcel is returned to Upgradia due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery by the customer, additional shipping or administrative costs may be charged.
