Network compatibility

Upgradia devices are thoroughly tested to ensure they are SIM free and compatible with a wide range of network providers.

For optimal performance, we recommend checking with your network provider in advance to confirm that the selected model is fully supported on your network.

Software and performance

All our devices are delivered with the latest or a recent version of iOS, ensuring compatibility with modern apps and features.

Upgradia condition descriptions

At Upgradia, we want you to shop with confidence. That is why we provide clear and honest information about the condition of every device.

Our grading system focuses solely on the cosmetic appearance of the device, so you know exactly what to expect.
All Upgradia devices are fully tested for functionality and battery health.

Available conditions

As new
Fully inspected and perfectly functional. May show minimal signs of use, such as light scratches.

Good condition
Fully functional with light visible signs of use, such as small scratches or minor dents. Performance is equivalent to that of a new device.

Visible wear
Fully functional, but with more noticeable signs of use, such as deeper scratches or small dents.

Warranty and returns policy

We fully stand behind the quality of our devices.
That is why every purchase includes a standard six month Upgradia Warranty and a fourteen day return period.

If you are not satisfied, you may send an email to returns@upgradia.nl including your name and order number to register your return.

Battery health

Battery performance is essential.
If the battery capacity falls below eighty percent, we replace it with a new battery.

All Upgradia devices are delivered with a minimum battery capacity of eighty percent.
The exact battery percentage is always clearly stated in the product description.

Frequently asked questions and quick solutions

In our support center you will find a clear guide that resolves common notifications and questions quickly, without stress and without the need to request a return immediately.

Important Apple notifications

When setting up your Upgradia iPhone or after an iOS update, you may see notifications such as:

“Important Battery Message”
“Unable to verify that this iPhone display is a genuine Apple part”

This means that a component has been replaced with a non Apple part, or that the replacement was performed outside an official Apple service provider.

This does not affect the functionality of the device and is not a defect.
In most cases, these notifications disappear automatically after a few days.

Unknown part

The message “Unknown Part” indicates that a component was replaced by a technician who is not authorized by Apple.

This is not a sign of a defect.
The parts used by Upgradia meet strict requirements for compatibility and quality.

Your device remains fully functional and is covered by our hardware warranty.

Disabling Find My for returns or warranty service

How to disable Find My

  • Open Settings

  • Tap your name at the top

  • Select Find My

  • Choose Find My iPhone

  • Turn it off and enter your Apple ID password

No access to the device

  • Go to iCloud.com/find

  • Log in with your Apple ID

  • Click All Devices and select your iPhone

  • Make sure the device is offline

  • Select Remove from Account

Please note: do not select “Erase iPhone”. This does not disable Find My and will delay processing.

  • Warranty is not transferable

  • Upgradia is not liable for indirect damage or data loss

The Upgradia Warranty is supplementary and operates independently of your statutory consumer rights and any manufacturer warranties provided by Apple.

Devices that fall outside the original warranty period of Apple are not eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage.
