At Upgradia, quality and customer satisfaction come first. Every device comes with a 6-month warranty — so you can shop with confidence.
Not completely satisfied with your phone, or simply changed your mind? No problem. You may return the device within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to returns@upgradia.nl with your full name and order number.
You will receive clear, step-by-step return instructions from us.
Once we’ve received and inspected the device, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.
Step-by-Step Return Instructions
✅ Carefully Pack the Device
Ensure the device is properly packaged for safe shipping. We recommend using the original packaging or a sturdy box with protective material. Please make sure to:
Remove any SIM or memory cards
Power off the device completely
Secure the device to prevent movement during transit
Do not ship devices with damaged or swollen batteries
Remove any old shipping labels if reusing a box
✅ Attach the Return Label
Affix the return label clearly and securely to the outside of the package.
✅ Drop-Off
Drop off the package at the nearest parcel drop-off location, depending on the shipping method provided.
Important Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The device must be returned in the same condition as received — no additional damage, scratches, modifications, or excessive signs of use.
All accessories and packaging provided by Upgradia must be returned complete and in good condition.
Devices with active iCloud or Google account locks (e.g., Find My iPhone) cannot be processed until the locks are removed.
Devices with removed or altered serial numbers are not eligible for return.
Devices returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
Devices with new physical or water damage not present at delivery may be denied for refund.
Upgradia may request photos of the device’s condition before approving a return, especially in case of damage claims or discrepancies.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is refused or not collected and returned to Upgradia, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Inspection & Disputes
Returned devices are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
If your return does not meet the conditions above, you will be notified by email. You may then choose to have the device returned to you at your own expense.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Limitation of Liability
Upgradia is not responsible for data loss, privacy breaches, or personal information left on returned devices. Please ensure you erase all data and make a backup before returning your device.
