Shipping

At Upgradia, we offer free shipping on all orders. Your order will be processed within one business day and shipped via PostNL or DHL.

While we occasionally process orders during the weekend, most shipments are handed over to the carrier starting Monday.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays by the shipping provider. Upgradia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Upgradia is not liable for delayed or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Not home during delivery? The courier will leave a notice in your mailbox. A second delivery attempt will follow the next day.
If that attempt also fails, you can collect your package from one of the many convenient pickup points.

If a package is returned to Upgradia due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal by you as the customer, additional shipping or administrative fees may apply.
