Our grading system focuses solely on appearance, so you know exactly what to expect. You can trust that all devices are fully tested for performance and battery health.

Available Conditions:

  • Like New: Fully inspected and perfectly functional. May show minimal signs of use, such as small scratches.

  • Good Condition: Fully functional with light visible signs of use, such as minor scratches or dents. Performance equals that of a new device.

  • Visible Wear: Fully functional but with more noticeable signs of use, such as deeper scratches or small dents.

Battery Health

Battery performance is essential. If battery capacity is below 80%, we replace it with a new one.
All Upgradia phones are delivered with at least 80% battery capacity to ensure optimal performance. The exact battery percentage is always clearly stated in the product description.

Understanding Apple Part Notifications

Important Apple Messages
While setting up your Upgradia iPhone or after an iOS update, you may see notifications like "Important Battery Message" or "
Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display.".
This means a part was replaced with a non-original Apple component, or the repair was not performed by an Apple-authorized service center.
These messages do not affect the functionality of your device and are not defects. They usually disappear within a few days.

Unknown Part
If you see a message like "Unknown Part", this means the component was replaced by a technician not authorized by Apple.
This is not a sign of a defect. The components used by Upgradia meet strict compatibility and quality standards. Your device remains fully functional, and any issues are covered under our 6-month warranty.

Disabling 'Find My' for Returns or Warranty

Before returning your device, you must disable “Find My” so our technicians can access it.

How to turn off “Find My”:

  1. Open Settings, then tap your name at the top.

  2. Select Find My.

  3. Tap Find My iPhone.

  4. Turn it off and enter your Apple ID password.

No access to the device? You can also disable it via:

  • Visit iCloud.com/find

  • Sign in with your Apple ID

  • Click All Devices and select your iPhone

  • Ensure the device is offline, then click Remove from Account

⚠️ Do not select “Erase iPhone” — this does not disable “Find My”.
Disabling this feature prevents delays in processing your return or warranty claim.
